These structures/frames can be clad with a selection of products including foam panels, hebel panels, common brick and Harditex. Render is commonly used over these marterials so the surface is presented with a smooth finish.

Other feature materials not requiring render are products like compressed fibre sheets, Matrix grid panels, cedar timber planks and colourbond steel to name just a few.

Tilt panel construction is mainly used in the commercial and industrial sectors, while many luxury homes are erected with formworked concrete and steel, which support their open plan designs.
